Tariq Abdel-Azim is the Managing Director of the group. He is a lawyer and a member of the Egyptian Bar Association in the Cassation and Supreme Constitutional Lawyers’ Table since 1998. He holds a diploma in criminal sciences with distinction from the Graduate Studies Department at the Faculty of Law, Tanta University. He holds a master’s degree in law and is a member of the Arab Lawyers Union. He is a member of the Lawyers’ Committee in Tarahum, Jeddah Governorate, a founding member of the Egyptian Initiative Against Violence, and a founding member of the Lawyers Against Corruption Movement and the Egyptian Anti-Corruption Foundation. He is fluent in both Arabic and English.
Tariq Abdel-Azim began practicing the legal profession and worked as a lawyer and legal advisor in the Arab Republic of Egypt immediately after graduating from the Faculty of Law, Tanta University. He has extensive experience in dealing with complex legal cases, especially in the criminal, commercial, civil, and administrative fields, and he dealt with the most complex commercial cases. He also has great experience in analyzing various criminal cases and dealing with a large number of prominent cases. He is also a lawyer specializing in intellectual property issues, technology issues, real estate and contracting issues, as well as in the field of litigation, international commercial arbitration, and administrative law.
In addition to his great experience in the United Arab Emirates, where he previously worked for more than eleven years as a legal advisor to one of the largest legal entities in Dubai (Al-Fardan Group for Advocates and Legal Consultations), he previously assumed responsibility for hundreds of criminals, commercial, administrative, arbitration, labor and real estate cases. He also performed as a legal representative of commercial entities, attending meetings and negotiations, providing legal advice, writing lawsuits and memos, drafting, and reviewing contracts, and pleading in many different cases related to individuals and companies.
